JOJO Magic War: Battle Chapter
Hello, JOJO Magic War will be launched in February, in this month, we will introduce the rules of “JOJO Magic War” in 4 Chapters: Card Chapter, Battle Chapter, Bonus Chapter, and Strategy Chapter.
Now, we bring Battle Chapter to the community.
In the last “Card Chapter”, we introduced the relationship between Genes, NFTs, Hashrate and Magic Cards, and you also need to know:
- Although each JOJO NFT has a maximum of 8 Genes, but during the battle, each JOJO NFT can enter the arena with a maximum of 3 Battle Cards;
- Among all the Cards owned by each JOJO NFT, the Card with the highest ATK and 2 randomly selected Cards will enter the arena, and the Battle Cards will be updated in each game;
- If a JOJO NFT has less than 3 genes, all the Cards owned by this JOJO NFT will enter the arena.
In John’s JOJO Clan, there is a “JOJO Engineer” with 350 HashRate and 5 Genes,
Love Eye 60 HashRate
Grin 30 HashRate
HeadSet 40 HashRate
Suits 80 HashRate
Cowboy Hat 50 HashRate
So this “JOJO Engineer” NFT has 5 Cards (Learn more: )
Light·Earth 95 ATK
Light·Water 65 ATK
Ice 75 ATK
Dark·Earth 115 ATK
Dark·Wind 85 ATK
During the game, Dark Earth 115 ATK and 2 other Cards will become Battle Cards.
And we have a small test: How many “Battle Cards” can a JOJO Clan have at most in the game?
Each arena can accommodate 6 players, and there will be 5 rounds of 15 1V1 games between them, which is a “Single Round Robin” to ensure that every 2 players can have a game.
Before the game starts, we will have a “Preparation Stage” and you can know the intelligence of the 15 1V1 Games, including who the players are in each game, their HP and what the Battle Cards are. Then, based on this information, you can decide the order of the first 3 cards in the game.
Each 1V1 Game will also be divided into 2 Stages
At this stage, JOJO Clan will play 3 Battle Cards in sequence according to the order pre-set by the player.
After Stage 1 is over, the 3 Battle Cards that were played before will be put back into the deck, and every next round, a Battle Card will be selected from the deck and played. Before the start of a new round, the Battle Card that was played will be put back into the deck. This process will repeat until the end of the game.
Of course, if you miss the “Preparation Stage”, don’t worry, the system will automatically set the order of cards for you.
Scores & Winning Points
As we already know above, each Match will be divided into 15 1V1 Games. After each 1V1 Game, the winner will get 4 Scores, and the loser will get 0 Score. In the very rare case that a Tie may occur, both players can get 2 Scores.
After all 15 games are over, we will rank 1st to 6th according to each player’s Scores, and players with different rankings will also get different “Winning Points”:
1st: 5 WP
2nd: 3 WP
3rd: 1 WP
4th: -1 WP
5th: -3 WP
6th: -5 WP
The WP you earn during the same season will add up, and after the season, the Top 100 players on the “Winning Points Ranking List” will also earn tens of millions of $JOJO to billions of $JOJO in “Season Rewards”. The more players in the season, the bigger the Season Rewards.
To make the game even more interesting, during the last week of each season, the WP you earn in the game will be doubled. If you didn’t get great results in previous games, this could be a good chance for you to come back.
